Golden Age Olympics

The City of McAllen Parks and Recreation is happy to announce the return of the Golden Age Olympics.

The series of events kick off on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 with men’s Billiard’s 8-Ball.

• Bean bag toss
• Shuffleboard
• Bowling
• Bird-a-thon
• Cribbage
• Table tennis
• Petanque
• Jigsaw puzzles
• Bake off
• Euchre
• Poker
• Volleyball
• Pickleball Walk & talk
• Racewalk
• Softball
• Horseshoes

The competition is set to conclude on Wednesday, March 9.

All athletes must be 50 years of age or over to participate. Age is calculated as of the beginning date of the event.
