Lark Community Center & Library
Located at 2601 Lark Ave in McAllen, TX.
Lark Community Center was opened in 2001 to provide services that are often including but not limited to indoor/outdoor cultural programs, leisure activities, and lifetime skills education in the community, Lark is one of three community centers.
Lark Community Center, Las Palmas Community Center, and Palm View Community Center provide classroom space and gymnasium space for the recreational division.
Each of the community centers provide outreach programming within their service area, which include evening classes, senior classes, and special events.
The centers are available for rental to host small social, such as quinceañeras, weddings, birthdays parties, or other gatherings.
Lark is well known for their two annual events: Daddy Daughter Dance and Mom & Son Date Night.
Lark offers an After School Program for students from Garza Elementary and a full day summer camp.

Amigos Del Valle Senior Meals
Amigos Del Valle is currently providing meals Monday – Friday for registered participants at the Lark Community Center located at 2601 Lark Ave, McAllen, TX 78504.
Participants must be 60 years or older and must be pre-registered through Amigos Del Valle.
If you would like more information on the Amigos Del Valle meal program, please contact 956-681-3340.
Participants must remain in their cars when picking up meals.
